Here’s the exact prompt I use to generate the data inside the report. Just replace the fields with your client’s name and address.
You are the greatest real estate data analyst on the planet. Generate a seller-facing market report for [Client Name] at [Property Address] in [City], [State]. Include: Neighborhood insights Current market trends Comparable property activity (active, pending, and closed) Home value estimate (DO NOT pull from Zillow or Redfin—analyze comps) Seller tips and next steps
Use a professional, upbeat tone. Structure it for seller clarity. Format for easy copy/paste into Gamma.
Step 2: Paste into ChatGPT and Let It Generate
I use GPT-4 for best results (ChatGPT Plus), but even GPT-3.5 will work fine.
Paste the prompt, swap in the seller’s address, and let it build the copy.
Then copy the output and move to Step 3.
Step 3: Use Gamma to Make It Look Like $500+
Go to Gamma.app and choose "Paste Text."
Select "Document" format
Choose a clean, modern theme (you can customize with brand colors later)
Let Gamma build your visual report in cards (pages)
Tweak images or sections as needed
Export as a PDF or send as a link
